LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Key Polymer Corp. expressly warrants for a period of ninety (90) days following completion of any service that the service was performed in accordance with generally accepted practices and procedures or, if applicable, practices or procedures developed by Key Polymer. No responsibility or liability is assumed for the manner in which the results are used or interpreted. Key Polymer’s sole responsibility under this limited warranty is to re-perform any service or refund the fees paid to Key Polymer for such services if client notifies Key Polymer within 90 days of performance of the service. Unless notified to return the samples covered by this report, Key Polymer will store them for a period of thirty (30) days before discarding.
